This commitment to put customers first has been a guiding principle throughout my journey, from my first day to today.
Q: What's your proudest achievement at the Bank, and how did the organization enable it?
A: My proudest achievement at RBL Bank has been leading the South New Economy Liabilities business as Regional Head. This success was enabled by the organization’s strong support, including the resources, training, and collaborative environment that fostered innovation. The trust and autonomy from my leaders, along with continuous learning opportunities, empowered me to overcome challenges and achieve exceptional results.
