To report loss or unauthorised use of Debit Card, use any of the following options to block your card immediately:

• Website: Click here to block your debit card using your CIF number.
• Helpline Number: +91 22 61156300 or 1800120616161.
• SMS: Send the below message to 9223366333 from your registered mobile number
  • Temporary Block: TBLOCK < Space > Last four digit card number < Space > Customer ID
  • Permanent Block: BLOCK < Space > Last four digit card number < Space > Customer ID
• Mobile Banking: Login to RBL MoBank → Manage Your Cards → Block/Unblock Card → Temporary/Permanent block → Enter OTP and verify.
• Internet Banking: Login to Retail Internet Banking → Requests → Block Debit Card → Select Account Number & Debit Card Number → Select ‘Reason’ → Submit Online → Confirm Transaction & Send OTP → Submit
• WhatsApp Banking: Send Hi RBL to 8433598888 → Banking Services → Select 'Temporary Block my Debit Card' option number from the menu.
• Chatbot: RBL Cares → Menu → Banking services → Block card (temporary)
