Report loss or unauthorised use of Debit Card
Use any of the following options to block your card immediately:
SMS
Send the below message to 9223366333 from your registered mobile number
- Temporary Block: TBLOCK < Space> Last four digit card number < Space> Customer ID
- Permanent Block: BLOCK < Space> Last four digit card number < Space> Customer ID
Mobile Banking
Login to RBL MoBank → Manage Your Cards → Block/Unblock Card → Temporary/ Permanent block → Enter OTP and verify.
Internet Banking
Login to Retail Internet Banking → Requests → Block Debit Card → Select Account Number & Debit Card Number → Select 'Reason' → Submit Online → Confirm Transaction & Send OTP → Submit
WhatsApp Banking
Send Hi RBL to 8433598888 → Banking Services → Select 'Temporary Block my Debit Card' option number from the menu.
