Lipika Saxena is the Chief Credit Officer for Wholesale Banking. She has rich experience in banking of over 22 years.
In her current role, Lipika leads credit underwriting for the Wholesale Banking unit. In her tenure of over 13 years at RBL Bank, she has worked across various functions including Credit, Risk Management and Wholesale Banking, setting up and building processes, controls and policies for the Bank.
Prior to RBL Bank, she has worked at Bank of America and ICICI Bank in financial markets and credit underwriting.
She holds a PGDM from IIM Lucknow.
