Merchant acquiring is an integral part of card payment transactions processing, where acquirers enable merchants to accept card payments by acting as a link between merchants, issuers, and payment networks - providing authorization, clearing and settlement, dispute management, and information services to merchants.
Merchant processing services enable a business to accept a transaction payment through a secure (encrypted) channel like traditional PoS terminal, digital QR code or Payment Gateway using the customer's credit card or debit card or NFC or QR enabled device.

OUR MERCHANT SOLUTIONS
PoS Solutions (PSTN/GPRS): PoS Solutions (PSTN/GPRS) are easy to use and available in both wired (PSTN) and wireless forms (GPRS). These traditional terminals are equipped with display, keypad and lateral keys making it ideal for retail environment.
Mobile POS: Mobile POS accepts payment through a mobile device; it accepts debit and credit card payments from any smart phone with the support of safe and secured technology. It is a portable device and enables paperless transaction through digital charge slip feature.
Cash@PoS: This service helps convert PoS solution into an Everywhere Teller Machine (ETM). Customers can withdraw cash at PoS using their debit cards.
Payment Gateway: Our e-commerce partner provides variety of payment gateway solution as per the merchant suite.

No, however we have partnered with solution provider (referred to as partner) who on-boards client and provides solutions as per their need. However KYC, permissible business and bank norms are decided by the Bank in line with RBI and regulatory norms.
