Process of requesting refund for Credit balance on your RBL Bank Credit Card


Request for a refund of your credit balance! Cardmembers can reach out to our customer services helpline to place a request for a refund to their bank account. Place a request by calling customer services helpline and complete the steps as specified in the below details-
 
 
Card members can reach out to Customer services helpline on the below listed numbers:
 
Cardmembers will be required to provide the bank account details in which the refund amount should be credited. Bank account related details required for crediting refund are listed below:
  • Bank Account Number:
  • Beneficiary name in the Bank a/c:
  • Name of the Bank:
  • IFSC Code:
  • Account Type: (Savings/Current)
 
Cardmembers are further required to follow a verification step to validate the bank account after submitting the request for refund. Once the request is placed and bank information is shared, Cardmembers are required to send the below SMS from registered mobile number. This is to validate the correct account number in which the amount will be transferred. SMS "CBR<space>Last 4 digits of savings A/C" to 5607011 (Example: Send SMS as ‘CBR 1234’ to 5607011)
 
Cardmembers will be notified via SMS on registered mobile number once the refund is processed after successful verification. It will take up to 3 working days post verification of the account details for the refund to reflect in the account.

Please Note:

  • The final refund amount may change, subject to validation.
  • As per the law, we will be holding your funds for a period specified by Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Post which the funds will be remitted to the Reserve Bank of India.
