• SMS: Refer the transaction debit SMS, Click link to report unauthorized transaction, RBL MyCard App will open, Login to RBL MyCard App → My Account → Settings → Profile settings → Report Dispute or Fraud → Fraud → BLOCK & REPLACE/BLOCK CARD.
• WhatsApp Banking: Send Hi RBL to 8433598888 → Credit Card Services → Switch-off Card Transaction
• Chatbot: RBL Cares → Menu → Credit Card services → Switch on or off Credit Card
