In case of an emergency, the coverage will pay for pre and post-hospitalization costs as well as ambulance fees (subject to a limit of INR 1,000).

The member of Family Floater Health Guard has access to cashless services at numerous empanelled hospitals in India. (subject to exclusions and conditions)

If a member chooses a hospital other than one that is empanelled, his fees will be refunded within 14 working days of submitting all necessary paperwork.

Pre and post-hospitalization costs include necessary medical costs incurred 60 days before and 90 days after being admitted to the hospital.

If treatment is received at a hospital other than a network hospital, the member is responsible for paying a 10% co-payment of the admissible claim.

With the payment of an additional premium, the co-payment provision can be waived.
