Q: From your first day to today - what's the one value at RBL Bank that has remained constant and continues to inspire you?
A: At RBL Bank, respect and trust are foundational. Employees are treated with dignity, and their opinions are valued at all levels of the organization. This culture of respect not only fosters a positive workplace environment but also cultivates trust between leadership and the employees.
Q: What's your proudest achievement at the Bank, and how did the organization enable it?
A: I have embraced the opportunity to step up and take on a leadership role to ensure that the team continued to function smoothly. Through mentorship and clear communication, the Bank and senior leadership have empowered expansion of my skills, enabling me to achieve my career goals.
Q: Which aspects of the Bank’s culture have been most empowering in your professional journey?
A: RBL Bank nurtures a culture of innovation and to question the status quo and explore new ways of doing things. With the freedom to experiment and develop innovative solutions the Bank has enabled me to push my limits, adapt to new challenges and to develop skills that has assisted in enhanced career trajectory within the Bank.
