Niti Arya is the Company Secretary at RBL Bank. She brings over 20 years of rich experience in corporate law, securities law, corporate governance practices and regulatory compliance.
She has been instrumental in strengthening the secretarial framework at the Bank through robust reporting processes and controls.
Prior to joining RBL Bank, Niti has worked with Deutsche Postbank Home Finance, Onida and DHFL. She has extensive experience in the Companies Act & SEBI Regulations and has managed equity issuances through QIP & preferential allotment, bonus issue and listing of secured Non-Convertible Debentures on the stock exchanges.
She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
