Abhijit Somvanshi is a seasoned financial services professional with over 23 years of diverse experience across banking, brokerage, and mutual funds. In his current role at RBL Bank, he leads the Marketing, Communications, and Customer Service functions, where he drives innovation, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
With a proven track record in brand management, digital and product marketing, communications, PR, and customer experience, Abhijit is passionate about harnessing data-driven insights and creative strategies to deliver impactful results and enhance the customer journey.
Prior to joining RBL Bank, Abhijit held senior leadership positions at leading domestic and international firms, including ICICI Bank, IL&FS, HSBC, and the Daiwa Group. In each of these roles, he has consistently built high-performing teams and executed strategies that boost brand visibility and operational excellence.
Abhijit holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Mumbai University.
